Saint Francis & Saint Vincent Homes, in partnership with the Philadelphia Department of Human Services, provides a group home and treatment services for at-risk teenage boys and girls. Our mission is to foster the physical, moral, emotional, behavioral, and spiritual development of youth. We offer a transitional living program with support for both adolescents and their families, empowering them to participate in their child’s care and development, ensuring a personalized approach to help each youth reach their full potential.

St. Edmond’s Home for Children

St. Edmond’s Home cares for medically fragile children aged 1 to 21 years old with severe intellectual and physical disabilities. Staff provide medical support, therapy, and enriching activities at a 40-bed campus and two community homes for young adults. Focused on maximizing each child’s potential, the home ensures their needs are met in a loving environment. A multidisciplinary team delivers comprehensive care, and children attend school in the community.

Life Sharing Through Family Living

Life Sharing Through Family Living is Catholic Charities’ most flexible residential program, where over 70 individuals with intellectual disabilities live in a family setting that provides long-term care. Supported by interdisciplinary teams, provider families help individuals with behavioral and medical needs while also assisting them in accessing community resources and participating in recreational, social, volunteer, work, and worship activities.

Women of Hope Vine serves 22 women experiencing profound mental health challenges and a history of homelessness. As a progressive-demand personal care home, this program provides long-term, structured support while respecting each resident’s individual journey toward stability. Staff assist with daily living needs, medication management, and mental health care coordination, creating a compassionate environment that fosters healing, personal growth, and community integration.

Martha’s Choice Marketplace

Martha’s Choice Marketplace, Montgomery County’s largest food pantry, serves 1,000+ families and 3,500 individuals monthly, distributing over 1 million lbs. of food yearly. Martha’s provides our clients with the dignity of shopping for the foods of their preference in a grocery store-like environment. Beyond food, we offer education and empowerment programs that address basic human needs. Martha’s also operates a community farm at the former St. Gabrielle’s Hall.

Saint John’s Hospice

St. John’s Hospice is a drug- and alcohol-free shelter helping men transition from homelessness to independent living. It serves over 325 hot meals daily, offers case management, nursing, showers, clothing, and mail services for more than 900 men. The Coffee House also provides a safe resting space, meals, and restrooms for 27 chronically homeless men who typically avoid shelters.
